一、依教育部112年4月14日臺教文(一)字第1120037404號函辦理。
二、我國常駐WTO代表團自109年贊助WTI合作單位「全球影響力協會」（Global Impact Association, GIA）設立「蓬萊獎學金」，資助我國及低度發展國家（LDC）各1名學子，就讀WTI1年期國際法律及經貿碩士（MILE）課程或法律碩士（TRAIL+）學程。
三、GIA公布本年獎學金申請辦法，申請截止日期至本年4月30日止，有意申請者請逕至下列網站線上申請：
